Each year, we host this very special themed Long Lunch. The Melbourne Cup Long Lunch is back for its fifth fantastic year, and this year it’s Tuesday the 3rd November. This is by far our most popular Long Lunch event of the year, with some very happy winners by the end of the day!
Don’t miss out on this annual Long Lunch extravaganza! You can expect a “fashion in the field” contest judged by your fellow diners, the incredibly accurate “clap-o-meter” and guest judge Amanda Linnell from Viva Magazine, 3 different sweepstakes, online betting with the TAB (for those of you who like to have a serious flutter) and of course delicious food and wine culminating in the big race on the big screen. Bring your own horse and you qualify for a 10% discount*
Christine, our chef, has just returned from the South of France chomping at the bit, full of new inspiration and ready to unleash her new range of culinary delights on you. The French eat a lot of horse but you can feel assured that no horses will be harmed in the preparation of Tuesday’s menu.
The Goldwater Long Lunch is held on the last Friday of the month, January to November, with the additional annual Melbourne Cup Long Lunch held in November.
